This might seem like a simple and obvious one but you would be surprised how many people get it wrong. This to me is the most important goal I have ever learnt. A wise man once said to me picture a cruise ship leaving the harbor it has no goal no aim. Now I’m sure you will agree that it therefore has no control over its destination and will most surely wind up somewhere derelict .

Ok now same situation, picture a ship leaving the harbor with a captain at the steering wheel, it has a clearly defined goal and a map of where it is going. Yes you got it, it will 99.9% of the time get to where is wants to go. And that is why setting a goal is so so important if you ever want to achieve anything in life.
